nonna

when nonna was at my house for thanksgiving we were talking about her cooking. how it's amazing. i was telling her how much i loved her meatloaf and she should teach me how to make it. she said she will, and she was kinda explaining it to me right then.. she was all excited about it. italian grandmothers are like that, they love when their granddaughters want to learn to cook or clean. so she was saying i should come over and she'll teach me all her recipes. anyway, as she was leaving i hugged her and told her i loved her so so much and she said it back.

today, i asked my dad what was for dinner and he said "nonna made meatloaf for us" and i thought "omg i have the best nonna in the world!" she is so sweet! after i told her i loved it, she made it for me! hahaha. i'm so down with small acts of kindness, and my grandma certainly is amazing at it!

i called her and said, "nonna! you made meatloaf! it's amazing thank you soo much!" and she chuckled and said, "well now i know you like it, i'll make it more often" and i said, "nice! you're seriously like the best cook ever and thank you so much!" and she said, "thank you very much"

"bye nonna. i love you!"
"i love you too, bye"

<3 i love that woman so much.
i can't even begin to imagine life without her
she's so giving and loves to serve others
i thank God for her, she's a beautiful person
